Working Principle

Crude water to be processed is gathered in tanks. A known amount is pumped into the above tank where the water is rested with alum for coagulation with heavy metals or insoluble matters. The Water gets unpleasant and to upgrade the taste we are serving the Mineral Adding system or Blending system. The Stirrer will blend the physical mineral into the Mixing tank and the Dosing siphon will dose the Mineral to water before Ozonation with TDS Controller.
TDS changes can be done with the blending system by adding Filtered water after ACF through the appropriate treatment. Such a Blending system is exceptionally simple in Operation and it will naturally balance the TDS into the Product water.
It is then gone through series of micron cartridge filters containing 5 microns followed by an ultraviolet disinfection system for terminal sterilization.
